1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the ctrllab.app website and the CTRL.LAB predictive intelligence system, operated by Sport.CTRL (SASU).

3. Nature of the service

Sport.CTRL is a sports agency representing professional cyclists under UCI regulations. CTRL.LAB is a proprietary internal tool of Sport.CTRL, developed to optimize athlete representation and the quality of strategic recommendations. CTRL.LAB is not a service marketed to third parties.

4. Site access

Access to ctrllab.app is free. Certain features (athlete space, brand space) require authentication via personal confidential credentials.

5. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (texts, graphics, logos, algorithms, databases) are the exclusive property of Sport.CTRL or its licensors. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the site elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

The CTRL.LAB name and Sport.CTRL logo are trademarks registered with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).

6. User obligations

The user agrees to:

Not use the site for illegal or immoral purposes
Not attempt to compromise site security
Not automatically extract (scrape) site content without authorization
Provide accurate information when filling out forms

7. Personal data

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with GDPR.

8. Contractual relationships with athletes and brands

Sports agent mandates and sponsorship contracts structured by Sport.CTRL are governed by specific contracts separate from these terms. In case of contradiction between these terms and a specific contract, the latter prevails for the relationships it governs.

9. Limitation of liability

Sport.CTRL makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information published on the site. However, Sport.CTRL cannot be held responsible for:

Any errors or omissions in the content
Interruptions or limited site availability
Use by third parties of published information
Direct or indirect losses related to site use

10. Third-party services

The site may integrate services provided by third parties (Meta APIs, Google, etc.). Use of these services is subject to the terms of the relevant providers.

11. Hyperlinks

The site may contain links to third-party sites. Sport.CTRL exercises no control over the content of these sites and disclaims all responsibility for them.

12. Modifications

Sport.CTRL reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the site.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the courts of the district of Sport.CTRL's registered office, subject to mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.
