How to request data deletion

In accordance with the GDPR and Meta Platform requirements, you may request the deletion of all data collected via your Instagram account at any time. You can do it from Instagram (Settings → Apps and websites → CTRL.LAB → remove, then request the deletion of your data): the data is deleted at once. You can also write to us:

• Send an email to bastien.lm@sportctrl.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
• Include the Instagram username concerned
• We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email

Data covered

The following data associated with your Instagram account will be permanently deleted:

• Instagram profile (username, bio, profile picture)
• Post metrics (likes, comments, reach, impressions, saves, shares)
• Audience data (aggregated demographics)
• Engagement history
• OAuth access tokens (deleted and revoked)

Revoking access

You can also revoke CTRL.LAB's access to your Instagram account directly from your Instagram settings: Settings → Security → Apps and Websites → Remove. Revoking access prevents any future data collection but does not delete data already collected. For complete deletion, please contact us.
